We value quality very highly because healthy and beautiful teeth are vital for your personal health and well-being. After all, we provide ‘dental care’, and we have to do it excellently!

Who can best assess our quality and service?
Our own patients are our best assessors, as they have already experienced our treatment or service. Every week, we invite patients to rate us via the Feedback Company to give us any improvement tips. This way, we can monitor whether we are still doing well weekly. It enables us to make adjustments very quickly and set goals to achieve even better scores.

BIG-Registration

All professionals at Denteam Clinics are highly trained, highly experienced and qualified. They are recognized by the government and registered under the BIG Act for professions in individual health care. Several dentists at Denteam Clinics are registered with the Quality Register for Dentists (KRT).

Quality products

Are you getting a dental prosthesis, bridge, crown, facings, or frame prosthesis? We create almost everything in our in-house dental laboratory. Every item is from high-quality raw materials. We use innovative techniques. The direct cooperation between the practitioner and the specific laboratory expert contributes enormously to a better, more beautiful result and a shorter treatment period. All work is customized, and we always take your wishes into account.

Are you dissatisfied? Please let us know!

It is possible that you are not completely satisfied.

Even though we do our very best, it may happen that you think we have missed something. We work with people and ‘nobody is perfect’.

In that case, we advise you to talk to us immediately. Discuss it with your practitioner as soon as possible. We think it is important that you maintain your trust during the treatment process. That is only better for you and the practitioner. If you cannot agree on whether it concerns other matters, write down your experience and email it to: info@denteamclinics.nl

The practice manager will then contact you. We’ll figure it out together.

If this is not the case, you can contact the complaints service of the KNMT or ANT.
